Public heritage notes invite visitors to follow fossilised tracks in the rock around the Camdeboo. The Aberdeen heritage archive, citing SANParks, also records Early, Middle and Later Stone Age tools and later rock art in the wider Camdeboo landscape. Those are regional finds. They are not a list of sites inside the town, and they should not be read as Aberdeen-specific until each site is documented on its own.
